The fixation of the hexagonal expansion screw adopts a wedge-shaped inclined surface to promote expansion, generate frictional grip, and achieve the fixation effect. One end of the screw is threaded and the other end is tapered. There is a sheet of iron (some steel pipes) on the outside. Half of the iron cylinder (steel pipe) has several cuts. Insert them together into the hole in the wall and tighten the nut. The nut pulls the screw outward, pulling the taper into the iron cylinder. The tin cylinder expands and is fastened tightly to the wall. The use of hexagonal expansion screws:

When in use, an impact drill (hammer) must be used to drill a hole of the corresponding size on the fixed body, then put the bolt and expansion tube into the hole, tighten the nut, and expand the bolt, expansion tube, mounting piece and fixed body into a whole.

It will expand after tightening. There is a big head at the end of the bolt, and the part around the pipe that is slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt is sleeved outside the bolt. The tail has several openings. When tightening the bolt, put the tail of the big head into the open pipe, punch holes for expansion, and then fasten the bolt to the ground or wall for rooting purposes.

The difference between internal expansion screws and external expansion screws

1. Constructed differently, as evident from their names. Although both internal expansion screws and external expansion screws belong to expansion screws. However, the inner expansion screw rod is inside, and the outer expansion screw rod is the opposite. That's where their names come from.

2. The thread position is different. The threaded part of the internal expansion screw is on the lower end; however, the thread of the external expansion screw is on the top.

3. After the inner expansion bolt and the outer expansion bolt hold a workpiece, the inner expansion screw goes inward, and the outer side is generally a cross-hair screw so that it can expand by applying force inward, and the outer expansion screw is just the opposite.

4. The fixing methods of the internal expansion screws are different. The internal expansion screw generally uses an international thickened and sophisticated internal expansion tube with a specification of m12. There is a conical steel ball in the opening of the internal expansion screw. If there is an external force, it will expand the opening to make it fixed.

5. Internal expansion screws generally need to be used with other tools, and most of them are of the type of female and female nails. The external expansion screw is our common screw, and it is used in many ways. We can directly screw its screw fastener, or use it together with the nut, or directly tap into the workpiece.
