The surface treatment for Heavy Bolt &Nut

*Black Oxide --usually for high strength bolt nut, we only deal with black oxide surface treament to avoid the occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement.

*PTFE---This is an organic fluorine polymer that can greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance of bolts and has good non stick properties, meeting the needs of oil pipelines. It is a widely used color treatment method.at the meantime ,it provide many colors for clients to choose ,like black ,yellow ,green,red ,blue etc

*Dacromet---Dacromet color has good anti rust performance and relatively high economic cost-effectiveness, and is also widely used。

*HDG--- Hot dip galvanizing provides high anti rust ability, and its anti rust layer is not easily peeled off, making it suitable for outdoor applications such as bridges and highways
